MFR系列煤粉燃烧器工作原理

直径小于20mm的煤先由煤粉破碎机破碎，煤粉通过软管输送到主燃烧室，再由油枪引燃。 同时，鼓风机通过后盖内的圆形旋转风道向主燃烧室提供风，风沿燃烧室内壁前进，高温气流与煤粉混合后强烈燃烧，高温火焰从出火口喷出 并进入干燥滚筒加热冷骨料。

MFR系列燃煤机特点

●采用新型结构，改变传统燃烧器机构，采用旋转燃烧器，解决了传统燃烧器易结渣、燃烧不完全等问题。

●火焰温度高，节能，燃烧完全。

●采用高性能耐火砖等材料，延长使用寿命。

●连续生产，无需每天清理煤渣。

●生产成本低，仅为燃油炉的1/3。

●自动化程度高，方便控制骨料温度，通过干式搅拌筒卸料。

●端口测温装置将信号返回给煤机变频器，通过变频器自动控制煤量来改变集料温度。

●点火简单易行，可选择自动和手动点火。特殊结构的点火油枪喷嘴，雾化效果好，煤油燃烧。

二、新型多用途MFR-S系列燃煤机

该型煤燃烧器主要用于锅炉、烘干机和沥青搅拌站。

MFR-S煤燃烧器组成：储煤系统、输煤系统、煤燃烧器、控制系统 。

 

MFR-S系列煤粉燃烧器特点

●集中分离燃烧，减少NOx排放。

●空气分级燃烧，减少NOx排放。

●烟气再循环，减少NOx排放。

●二次风多级可调，火焰可灵活调节，更好地匹配锅炉。

●对不同煤种的适应性好，甚至是劣质煤。

●结构紧凑，安装方便。

MFR-S系列燃煤机的优势

●采用较为先进的“半开放式煤粉燃烧”煤粉燃烧，煤粉火焰在多层风下充分燃烧，减少了火焰对燃烧室内壁的烧蚀和侵蚀。 延长燃烧室的使用寿命。

●免维护，高温不锈钢燃烧器，免去更换耐火砖的麻烦。

●自动化程度高---自动型采用“触摸屏+PLC”模式控制，根据压力、温度等自动调节供煤量、风量分布等影响燃烧效果的主要参数 ，从而将所需热量准确控制在施工规范的要求范围内。

●经济通过控制台手动控制油门和供煤，手动调节。
